How we work together

Skills make you capable. Culture makes the room worth being in. These six values shape every lab, every critique, and every feedback circle in the AI Power Users course.

Win and help win

Your success and your peers' success are the same goal.

In class: You are graded partly on the quality of feedback you give, not just your own work.

The Four Agreements

Be impeccable with your word. Don’t take anything personally. Don’t make assumptions. Always do your best.

In class: The ground rules for every feedback circle and peer critique in the room.

Criticise in private, praise in public

Corrections go one-to-one. Recognition goes to the whole room.

In class: Peer evaluation uses private written notes; breakthroughs are shared aloud.

Create more than you consume

Ship things. Don't just watch demos.

In class: Every session ends with something you built, not just notes you took.

Done over perfect

A shipped rough capstone beats a perfect plan.

In class: The capstone is graded on a working demo, not on polish.

Participate

The class is a practice, not a lecture.

In class: Labs, peer mini-teaches, and the feedback circle are all hands-on.
